Delete your account

Accounts exist only in the CryptoKoinCap app for Android and iPhone, which is published by CryptoKoinCap. The website has no accounts. Deleting yours removes the data tied to it from our servers.

In the app

1. Open the CryptoKoinCap app and sign in, if you are not already.
2. Go to More › Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The deletion takes effect at once and cannot be undone.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to support@cryptokoincap.com from the email address of your Apple or Google sign-in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings.

What is deleted

• your account: the Apple or Google identifier, email address and name;
• your sessions on every phone;
• your synced watchlist;
• the wallet addresses you followed on the Ultra plan, and your assistant usage count.

What is not

• Your portfolio and settings live on your phone, not with us; they are removed when you uninstall the app.
• Price alerts belong to the phone rather than the account and carry no name or contact detail; delete them in the app, or uninstall it and they stop.
• Purchase records Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep for tax and accounting are theirs to hold. Cancel an active subscription in the App Store or Google Play; deleting the account does not stop billing.
