CryptoKoinCap (“we”, “the site”) publishes cryptocurrency market data. This policy explains what we collect, what we don’t, and what third parties may collect when you visit.
What we store about you
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses or payment details. The site stores three things in your own browser only, using local storage:
- your watchlist — the coins you starred;
- your display currency (USD or INR);
- your light or dark theme choice.
These never leave your device and are never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes them permanently.
Server logs
Our servers record ordinary request logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — for security and to diagnose faults. These logs are not used to build advertising profiles and are not sold.
Advertising and cookies
This site may display advertising served by Google, including Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Advertising and analytics cookies are set only after you consent through the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
We use Google Analytics with Google’s Consent Mode, and it is worth being exact about what that does. The analytics tag loads for every visitor, but until you accept the banner it runs with storage denied: it sets no cookies at all, and stores nothing on your device. In that state it still contacts Google to record an anonymous page count, so Google sees that a visit happened, with nothing linking it to you or to your earlier visits. Accepting the banner grants storage and the usual analytics cookies are then set; rejecting leaves storage denied.
Third-party data sources
Market data is requested by our servers, not your browser, from Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, Kraken, Bitget, MEXC, Gate.io, KuCoin, Bitfinex, Crypto.com, BingX, BTSE, WhiteBIT, LBank, DigiFinex, Coinstore, CoinGecko and GeckoTerminal. Those providers therefore see our server’s requests, not yours. Coin logos are loaded directly from CoinGecko’s image hosts, so your browser does contact them.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy; the date above always reflects the current version.
